Exhibition “BRUSHES ON THE SAND OF THE SACRED LANDS”

Days of the Bulgarian culture in Israel (May 8-12, 2017)

An artistic curatorial project showcased during the days of the Bulgarian culture in Israel, which presented works of art by seven prominent modern visual art creators. They were united by the idea of the exhibition through their different viewpoints and means of expression. The paintings and photos show each author's interpretation of the spiritual bridge between the sacred lands of Bulgaria and Israel. Each artist participated with two works. A total of 16 original paintings and photographs were presented.

The exhibition "Brushes on the Sand of Sacred Lands" was accompanied by multimedia introductions for each artist, giving insight into their personality and creativity.

The realization of Dr. Rayna Damyani's project was about helping maintain close, safe and sustainable cultural bridges between Israel and Bulgaria. In the anxious and restless world we live in today, spiritual parameters in communication are vital to people and countries around the world.
